While out and about for the start of high school sports season, we were greeted by a couple of additions at Cathedral City High School.

Volleyball coach Dylan Rosman Vrilakas and water polo coach Michelle Stein Valovic have added to their roster at home as both gave birth to their first children in the off season.

Vrilakas and her husband welcomed Brooklyn Marie this summer while Valovic and her husband Pavol (who happens to be a DVL rival polo coach at Xavier Prep) added to their roster this spring with Emma.

Congratulations to the newest members of the Lions’ family and welcome to the sports world girls!
